ADJUSTMENT

1. When replacing and installing the punching needle and the punching die, the position of the punching die and the stroke of the punching needle should be adjusted. The steps are as follows:

2. Loosen the outer sleeve 4 to keep the die 1 and the punch 8 at a safe distance.

3. Connect the air source, pull down the trigger, and make the punching needle travel to the maximum stroke.

4. Pull the trigger to turn the outer sleeve back, so that the punching needle 8 enters the die 1 smoothly, and then tighten the screws 2-1 evenly on both sides.

5. For the test of the plate to be punched, twist the outer tube 4 back and forth so that the punching needle can just punch through the material. At this time, the noise is the smallest, the impact is the smallest, and the accessories are not easily damaged.

6. Tighten the casing nut 5.

PRECAUTIONS

1. Please work within the specified air pressure range to avoid damage to parts.

2. Please inject a proper amount of lubricating oil from the air inlet before work.
