How To Heat Up
Slip your hands inside the mittens to enjoy soothing, consistent warmth.
To deliver natural moist heat consistently, simply place the removable filler packs in the microwave for 1-2 mins at the lowest setting. Remove once warmed and place carefully back inside the slots provided for by the mittens.
How Long To Wear
