Traditional skate helmets are constructed using EPS foam that is injected into molds and then glued to the plastic shell. Ennui Elite helmets have an EPS foam honeycomb skeleton that is over-molded with PVC, meaning it is injected right over the EPS foam for a more stable and secure bond. This allows the helmet to be lower volume and lightweight without sacrificing protection. Each helmet includes a removable peak and 5mm, 8mm, and 10mm foam pads so that you can achieve the perfect fit on the inside.
