1. Before the first use, spread a thin layer of butter on the baguette pan, put the baguette pan into the oven and bake at about 302 ℉ for 5 minutes.
2. Then take it out and wipe it clean with kitchen paper.After use, just clean it with a soft cloth, wipe off the moisture and dry it for next use.
3. The recommendation is for better demoulding and for long lasting.
