This top of the range professional pedestal support system is designed for installations where high loads may be encountered, such as in public areas, and is also ideal for high rise applications. The Hercules pedestals have large, load spreading, 8.25" (210mm) or 9" (230mm) diameter bases with heavy support ribs making them capable of supporting up to 3,000 kgf (6,600 lbf). The very high load capabilty ensures these pedestals are suitable for use across a very wide range of leveling applications from patios, decks and roof gardens through to external buildings, log cabins, large hot tubs, surface pools and more.

These pedestals are ideal for large decks with long joist spans (using 6" or 12" height joists), reducing the number of support points compared with other pedestal systems with lower weight carrying capacities.

A range of 5 pedestal bases offer adjustability starting from 1" (25mm) height up to 11" (280mm) depending on the model used. The two largest pedestals can also be further extended to any required height by addition of one or more screw-in extender sections - available separately. Each Extender can be adjusted to provide from 88mm to 130mm (3.5" to 5.1") of additional height - (Note: Improved item, not as shown in product video ). The pedestals are adjustable either from below or from above, using the special adjustment tool, for paver installations.
