These planks are considered 2nds or better. During our manufacturing process some grilling planks come out less pretty than the rest. These planks are graded as seconds. Our seconds may have crooked brands, rough faces or edges, or a small hole or split, but they still have all the flavor of our Grade A grilling planks.
