Resolution for Common Issues
Q1: My dimmer plug doesnt turn on or off the lights, or it always shows as disconnected on the app.
If the device is installed beyond the coverage of your WiFi router or in an area with poor WiFi signals, you may encounter this issue. Please try installing it in a location where the WiFi signal is strong and can be covered. If the device appears offline on the app, consider re-pairing it. Refer to the Network Re-pairing steps on the products back.
Q2: The dimmer plug can’t dim the connected lights.
Our dimmer plug supports only specific light types: Dimmable LED/CFL - up to 150W; Incandescent - up to 300W. The brightness of non-dimmable lights cannot be adjusted. It is not compatible with smart or remotely controlled lights. Please ensure your lights meet these requirements.
Q3: I cant pair the dimmer plug with the app.
This device operates exclusively on the 2.4GHz frequency, not 5GHz. Network pairing must be completed within 3 minutes; re-pairing is required if this time is exceeded. Also, make sure the device is installed in a location with good WiFi coverage and a stable network signal to facilitate successful pairing.
