The belly panel can be worn up over your belly for full coverage, or folded down for medium or low belly coverage. To select your size: Generally, you should order your pre-pregnancy size. Pre-pregnancy 4-6 is size small, 8-10 is medium, 12-14 is large, 16-18 is XL, and 20 is XXL. Also, consider your current hip measurement (stand with feet together and measure around fullest part of hips). Our size small best accommodates a hip measurement of 38-39.5 inches.
