Can I use this shower holder on textured wall?

Yes, it is mainly adhesive powered, it can stay on smooth and slightly textured hard surface, but smooth surface definitely the best!

Will it fit my shower head/shower hose?

The slot is universal, should fit 99% shower head/shower hose in the market, if you want to be 100% sure, measure you shower hose connector diameter, make sure it is less than 0.88 inch.

It says 360 degree adjustable, can I rotate to have 90 degree downward? I hope it can be helpful when I wash my dog.

Yes, you can adjust it in 360 degree and also 60 degree tilt, then you can create a 90 degree downard position.

Can I remove it without damaging my wall?

Yes, it is strong acylics adhesion, use a knife to slowly cut a small gap and spray some warm soap water into it while cutting it further down. it may take 5 mintues, as the adhesive is very strong.

Can I relocate it?

Sorry, this holder designed for permanent fixture, if you prefer relocatable shower holder, please see above our Holder-02 Suction cup version.
