Description

Needle Bouncing Troubleshooting, Therere oil circuit and circuit two type problems.

For oil circuit problems: generally caused by blockage of the oil circuit, resulting in poor oil supply, which is manifested in engine shaking, unstable speed, and stalling while driving; in addition, the oil pump failure will also appear in engine shaking.

For circuit problems:

1. check the engine tachometer circuit

First check whether the engine tachometer circuit is normal. Use a multimeter to measure the voltage between the tach pin and the power pin on the instrument panel; if the voltage is 0, the circuit is faulty and can be fixed by adding a resistor (22k ohms .5 watts) to the feed line.

2. check the motor drive link

If the circuit is normal, then you need to check if the motor drive link is normal. Use a multimeter to measure the pins in the motor driver to check if the motor is able to operate properly. If the motor is not able to run properly, the motor needs to be replaced.

3. Check the tachometer sensor

The tachometer sensor is an important part of the engines tachometer that senses the engines speed and converts it into an electrical signal that is displayed on the instrument panel. So if the engine tachometer is malfunctioning, you need to check if the sensor is working properly.

4. Check the instrument panel circuit

If all the above checks are OK, then you need to check if the instrumentation circuit is working properly. Use a multimeter to measure the voltage between the circuit on the instrument panel and the instrument panel power supply, if the voltage is 0, then you need to check whether the instrument panel circuit is faulty.
