How to choose the right VFD for your motor?
FIRST:Please be careful not to use the VFD outside the applicable temperature range or in a humid environment.
1. Preparation: Check the rated voltage, rated current, rated frequency, rated speed of your motor, etc.
2. Selection of the capacity of vfd:
- For Light-load motors: the output current of the vfd > the actual working current of the motor. Such as fans, compressors, etc.
- For High-load motors: the motor power can be 1-2 times power of this vfd (ie, 1.5KW vfd fits 1.5KW-3KW motor), and the vfd can run continuously for more than ten hours. Such as ball mills, crushers , Roots blower, etc.
