3 Easy to Install Steps
-Place the kayak rack on top of the vehicle crossbar. Assemble the bolts, bracket, flat washers, and locknuts.
-Turn two adjustable locking handles to lift and rotate the rack to the appropriate position and lock it.
-Load the kayak on the J-bar, route the strap around the top of the racks. Pull and route both the buckle end to tighten the kayak.
