●HIGH PERFORMANCE: Our 4 1/2" x 7/8" resin fiber zirconia disc features a grit size of 80, great for tough jobs and blending and welding metals. Built to handle the most strenuous metalworking applications, the fast cutting grain easily handles high-grade materials, such as carbon steels and non-ferrous metals (like aluminum or brass).
●VERSATILE MATERIAL: These fiber discs are made with Zirconia alumina for applications with medium contact pressure. They are crafted with a self-sharpening effect which results in an extremely high stock removal rate and is ideal for beveling unalloyed and stainless steels.
●ATTENTION TO DETAIL: This product is coated onto a durable tear-resistant vulcanized fiber backing and adhered with a specifically engineered resin system and coated for hand-held application. The VSM Zirconia resin fiber discs give fast metal removal which helps reduce operator fatigue and increase operator productivity.
●SAFE AND EFFECTIVE: Our pack of 25 discs is top-size which helps reduce the heat while grinding, thereby maximizing the life cycle of the ceramic grain before heat discoloration of the metal. This disc is rated for medium pressured machine-use and is oSa certified, so you can count on your discs to handle extreme loads and offer maximum user protection while being easily interchangeable.
