Step 1: Place the detachable band on the side of the brace that goes on your back for easy adjustment.

Step 2: The arm velcro can be closed before Sliding the arm in too ! Tighten it later.

Step 3: The open buckle should always be in Front for both left and right shoulder (see step 1)

Step 4: The shoulder pressure strap pocket can also the be tightened to increase compression.
