A2:Get the medium! I am 5’4” and 135 pounds. These were really baggy but comfortable so I kept them. I purchase two pairs the camo and light bluish one. The camo is super cute with a white t shirt or tank. Love the pockets.

Q3:Do these become softer after washing?

A3:Yes they did appear to be somewhat softer after washing than what they were after taking them out of the packaging.Recommened hang it dry
