Mishimoto has developed an intercooler pipe and boot kit specifically engineered for use on the 2003-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins. After investigating the pipe routing and size, engineers identified numerous areas where improvement was necessary. The Mishimoto intercooler pipes are made in USA and are constructed of mandrel bent aluminum routed in a way that eliminates restrictive bends present in the factory pipes. Along with this we increased the pipe diameter from 3 inch to 3.5 inch to provide substantial improvements in power, airflow, and EGTs.
