1. Activate color change by warming FeverDots to full pink, then cooling back to black.
2. Apply FeverDot to the forehead. A FeverDot that is black or purple indicates a temperature below 99°F. If FeverDot is bright pink, the forehead is 99°F or greater and the core body temperature is 100°F or greater (time to use a thermometer).
3. FeverDot can be cooled back to black, ready to continue temperature monitoring.
4. Apply a new, activated FeverDot daily or as needed.
