The California Board Company (CBC) Slasher 54” Blackball Breaker Surfboard is the perfect solution to a surfer’s nemesis – the dreaded black ball flag. Many beaches put a damper on a good swell by raising up the black ball flag which restricts areas to only swimmers, but with the Blackball Breaker, the possibilities are endless! You can use it with fins in for surfing or fins out for bodyboarding or even skimboarding into waves on the shore. The Slasher 54” has custom hand shaped design with a heat laminated molded EPS core, 3 molded-in wood stringers, heat laminated high-density polyethylene slick bottom with graphic, heat laminated IXPE/XPE deck with full graphic, fish tail shape design, and a 4 channel bottom with a twin fin system. It is built for an advanced surfer for shredding and carving up waves. The wide fish shaped tail, light weight construction (about 5 lbs.!) and twin fish (2 fins) design help with control, speed, and lift on small flat or small choppy waves.
