STEP 1

(1)Loosen the screw on the handle and remove the wire from the hole at both parts.

STEP 2

(2)Insert one end of the cheese slicer wire into the groove of the cutting handle.

STEP 3

(3)Put one side of the wire into the hole of bottom surface first; put the other side of wire into the hole of handle and screw the handle with wire tightly to complete the installation.

STEP 4

(4)If the cutting is not smooth after installation the new wire, then you can hold the edge line and adjust the right side.
