Video Doorbell Dual must connect to your existing wires.

Video Doorbell Dual is NOT compatible with the existing chime.

Wi-Fi only connects to 2.4GHz networks.

No, Video Doorbell (Wired) S330 only connects to Chime.

Can I share my Video Doorbell (Wired) S330 with my family members?

Yes, you can share your device with any of your family members. As an owner, you can adjust permission settings for different people.

Does Video Doorbell (Wired) S330 support Apple HomeKit?

No, it supports Amazon Alexa and the Google Assistant. It doesn’t currently support HomeKit.

How many hours of video can I store?

8GB eMMC built-in storage can store up to 90 days of video. That assumes you’re recording 25 videos per day and each video is 15 seconds—more than enough in most cases. Actual duration varies depending on the recording frequency and video length.

Can I use Amazon Echo/Google Home Mini as a chime?

You can use Amazon Echo as a chime. Heres how:

1. Enable the eufy Security skill on your Alexa App.

2. Link the eufy Security account to Alexa.

3. Discover a new device.

4. Find Video Doorbell Dual and enable "Doorbell Announcement."

Google Home Mini is not supported.

If the storage is full, what should I do?

You dont need to do anything. New videos will overwrite the oldest ones.

Is the installation process complicated?

Weve worked to make the installation as simple as possible for you. We have uploaded an installation video to show you what to do, or you can hire an electrician if you dont feel comfortable.

Does this doorbell work with my existing chime?

No. eufy S330 wired doorbell is not compatible with users exsiting chime, it will come with a jumper to bypass existing chime.

*Push notifications with thumbnail previews require thumbnail preview images to be temporarily stored in the cloud.

**If you choose to use cloud-based features such as cloud storage or push notifications with thumbnail previews, videos or thumbnail previews will be sent to the cloud as needed to provide your selected features.
