This is a great grip for the first time dowel grip user. It is narrower and smaller than the standard and narrow width grip. It is great for gymnasts with smaller and narrower hands. It comes with a buckle strap to hold the grip on the wrist. The strap is smaller and narrower than the standard width grips.
