• If you experience slow network speed, please check whether the router work normally. The distance between the tv box and the router is usually advised shorter as possible.
• If you experience some issues with application incompatibility, please let us know. We will soon respond and provide you with the compatible version for the app.
• Please note that currently the netfx is not the tv version, and thus it does not support using the remote control for navigate, insstead it requires wireless keyboard or mouse for navigation.

Dual WiFi & BT 5.0 Function

• Android tv box support 2.4G and 5G dual WiFi, which ensures stable network connection for better experience while watching videos, listening to music, or browsing.
• BT function allows you connecting external devices for more fun, you could connect keyboard, mouse, speaker or headset through the BT function.

• Trouble shooting: You could try fix issues by restoring factory settings through this path: home- setting- more settings- device preferences- reset

• Network connection: Ensure your network is normal. Also be aware that not connecting Ethernet and WiFi at the same time, please only choose either WiFi or Ethernet for network.

• Remote issue: Due to the factor of app version itself, some apps such as netfx, it does not support using the remote control for navigate, for better experience please use wireless keyboard or mouse.

• Display issue: Please make sure connecting the HD cable correctly between the tv box and tv, incorrect connection might cause screen frozen or abnormal display.
