PRO TIP: Too much resin makes your composite brittle. By removing excess resin with vac bagging, you mold a lighter and stronger part. Lower resin-to-fabric ratio = Greater strength-to-weight ratio

With vacuuming bagging, you’ll work smarter not harder. Here’s how the process works:

  • Flashing tape secures the fittings, pleating and couplings to your lamination
  • Bleeder-breather cloth and peel ply ensure an optimal surface coat
