Is the automatic ball launcher for dogs suitable for large dogs?

No. Because our dog ball is a 2-inch mini ball, it is only suitable for small and medium-sized dog and not for large dogs.

Why the dog ball thrower launcher doesn’t work after many days ?

Possible reasons include:

1. Dogs saliva make the ball is too dirty. Please wipe the ball clean before placing it in the machine.

2. Only one or two balls can be placed at a time.

3. The battery is dead, replace it with a new one.

Why the dog ball launcher stopped working and got stuck ?

Only 1 or 2 balls can be placed at a time. Otherwise, having too many balls can easily get stuck.
