Feature(may vary by option.)

●Amphibian Dissection: Anatomy Lab’s Preserved Grassfrog Specimens are an excellent introduction to all major organ systems found in amphibians and vertebrates. Perfect for observation, study, and dissection, this amphibian offers complex internal anatomy that is easy to see.
●Hands-on Learning: Through specimen observation and dissection, students learn basic Amphibian anatomy and gain a better understanding of this vertebrate species. Perfect for science students studying comparative anatomy, biology, microbiology, and physiology.
●Vertebrate Anatomy: Dissection is a great teaching tool to learn about the complex organs and organ structures of Grassfrogs and how they compare to other vertebrates. Students will study the unique features of the Grassfrog.
●High-Quality Specimens: Anatomy Lab preserved Grassfrogs are processed by our experienced technicians under rigid quality control supervision with the highest quality standards in the industry. They are farm raised and do not harm the wildlife population. The Anatomy Lab Frogs for dissection are 4-5 inches in length and have no color injection (plain).
●Best Classroom Experience: Each specimen is designed to be used by 1-2 students. The set of specimens are moist vacuum packed and sealed in one or more heavy mylar-coated poly bags. The fixative process offers superior preservation quality with low formalin odor and easy disposal, for a long-lasting more enjoyable classroom experience.

Specimen Sizes Right for You

Anatomy Lab Specimens are available in a variety of sizes to fit your classroom needs and budget. Smaller specimens provide a more compact and easier-to-manage option perfect for more advanced individual learners, while larger sizes allow multiple students at once to see more clearly articulated anatomical structures.

Realistically Colored or Vibrantly Contrasted

Plain Injection Specimens: These specimens have not been injected with colored latex, so the arterial, venous and hepatic systems are presented in their realistic colors. Plain injection dissection specimens are ideal for understanding anatomical structures without the aid of artificial highlighting, making them a more advanced dissection specimen.

Double-Injected Specimens: These specimens have been injected with colored latex, resulting in the arterial system appearing red and the venous system appearing blue. Double injection brings the anatomical structures to life in a brilliant, didactic manner, giving students and instructors brilliant visual pathways of fine anatomical features.
