This 57-minute step and HIIT cardio DVD mixes high intensity cardio types for a maximum intensity workout with zero dread factor! Youll kick off this routine with a solid step workout segment to get the cardio going and get warmed up for the more intense segments that follow! Next up is Intensity step. In this segment youll continue the step cardio format, but youll do step blasts in-between each mini combo to get your metabolism fired up and your heart pumping! Then youll move your step out of the way for two high intensity interval training segments! HiiT training is excellent for weight-loss and overall cardio conditioning because it burns a major amount of calories in a very short amount a time. The first of the two HiiT segments is high impact and will have you digging deep for plyometric power and agility. The second segment is low impact! Its just as dynamic and just as tough, but with no jumping. Your feet will stay grounded, but your heart rate will be high! This at-home exercise DVD also includes a bonus Boot Camp segment to help tone and tighten your muscles with the use of weighted dumbbells and compound strength training exercises. Also included are 9 workout premixes to give you additional variety and workout options!
