1, Only the faces are iridized. The backs are standard stained glass pattern
2, Iridescent tile gives the impression of a multitude of colors depending on the angle of view.
The color changes depending on where the light catches it. You will notice hints of many colors, gold, green, red, etc as you move it under lights.
