Great tool for sewing and ironing. Steam area needing to be pressed, then press area with clapper and hold for a few seconds. Handmade in beech wood. 9 ½” long, 2 ½” wide tapered down to 2”, and 1 ½” thick. Both sides have routed grooves to offer easy handling and is unfinished to absorb the steam better. Color may be lighter or darker depending on variation of color in wood used.
