Ultra-Durable WR Blue is an ultra-durable screen printing emulsion designed to hold up against large quantity print runs.	12 Month Shelf-life WR Blue has a 12 month shelf life without the addition of diazo and 1-month shelf life once diazo is mixed in the emulsion. (Diazo Included)	Excellent Print Definition WR Blue holds excellent print definition on any mesh, making it ideal for prints that contain high detail such as halftones.	Water-based Ink Systems WR Blue emulsion is highly water resistant and formulated to withstand screen printing with both regular and discharge water based inks. You may also use plastisol, UV or solvent based inks as well.

Emulsion Best Practices


Screen Prep We recommend Ecotex Hyper Haze, it will degrease your screen and give the emulsion a clean surface to stick to. Eliminate any UV light from entering the room and work under a yellow light. Write down the day you opened the emulsion on the bottle to better keep track of your chemicals.	Coating Screen / Drying Use the sharp edge of your scoop coater Make sure screen is completely dry before coating emulsion Make sure screen is completely dry before printing Drying 86 ° to 104 °F (30 ° to 40 °C) 30% to 50% humidity Good Air Circulation	Exposure Times Exposure times may vary, start using the times provided below and make adjustments to time if needed. 100 - 105 seconds with LED Light 12 - 13 minutes with 500w Halogen Light
