●ROTTED WOOD REPAIR KIT: Re-Rot is the complete package for reversing, restoring, and rebuilding rotted or sun-damaged wood that anyone can easily use. It can be used as a petrifying liquid hardener, filling paste, or putty.
●STEP 1: Make a simple 2:1 mix of hardener and resin, which will make a low-viscosity epoxy that penetrates and infuses deeply into soft wood, making it permanently waterproof and harder than new wood.
●STEP 2: Add the bug-proof wood flour to a second mix of hardener and resin. Add as much wood flour as needed to make a waterproof paste or putty that best suits your repair. Then just sand and paint.
●MAXIMUM STRENGTH: When dry, Re-Rot has a bond strength of 4,600 pounds per square inch (PSI) when applied to new or old wood, which is much stronger than traditional water-based polyvinyl acetate (PVA) wood glues.
●MULTI-USE: Re-Rot can be used for flat repairs (e.g., window stool/baseboard mouldings/thresholds) or vertical repairs (e.g., wood siding/columns).

At Epox-Sci Labs, we have been formulating easy-to-use and affordable epoxy products for do-it-yourselfers (DIYers) and professionals now for over 30 years. We are also homeowners, and we discovered that something has been missing in the world of wood repair and protection. So, we put what was missing into Re-Rot.
Begin your repair by applying the epoxy to the affected area(s). (The epoxy penetrates deep into all the soft and rotted wood fibers, making them petrified and permanently harder than new wood.) Once the petrifying epoxy has been applied, make another similar mix, and add an equal volume amount of wood flour to the liquid epoxy. (A 24-ounce volume bag of wood flour is included in this kit.) This makes a filler paste that spreads to fill and rebuild the wood. Additional wood flour can be added to the epoxy mix to make a moldable putty ball for filling holes or rebuilding profile shapes.
