Installation Instruction:
1. Spray all mounting bolts and nuts to be removed with penetrating oil.
2. Place the vehicle body properly before removing mounts. (It is recommended that using a 2" x 4" piece of wood 24" long or any other suitable size wood between the jack and body panel to distribute the load, preventing any damage of the body panels.) If necessary, support the body in multiple areas.
3. Loosen all nuts and bolts but DON’T remove them. Work from one side of the vehicle at a time. Remove the nuts and bolts from one mount location and raise the body enough to replace the mount, NEVER HIGHTER. When raising the body, carefully check the interference problems in other parts.
4. Take one mount at a time with similar size urethane mounts. If washers/sleeves have been provided, use the original parts for installation.
5. After replacing all mounts, tighten all nuts and bolts to factory standards.
(ATTENTION PLEASE: Re-tighten all nuts and bolts after initial installation of mounts (approximately 1000 miles of driving) to ensure that all parts are not becoming loose.)
