High Configuration Refrigerant Recovery Equipment

1. Oil-less Compressor: 110-120V 60HZ single cylinder, 3/4HP motor with 1750rpm motor speed, oil-free compressor with long service life. Reliable Overload & High Pressure Multiple Protection

• High Pressure Shut-off Protection: There is an internal high pressure shut-off switch, the compressor will automatically shut off when the internal pressure is above 558psi/38.5bar. Please decrease the internal pressure, then the high pressure shut off switch will reset and the compressor will restart automatically.
• Overload Protection: The maximal current draw is 7A. If the overload protector pops, reposition the breaker switch after 5 mins

Recovery Method & Self-purge Method

• Recovery method is a conventional recovery method for recycling liquid and vapor refrigerant with SLOW & FAST modes. Operate according to the detailed instruction.
• Self-purge method is necessary for the refrigerant recycle machine after each use, make sure there is no refrigerant left, or the liquid refrigerant remained may expand and damage the components. Completely evacuated of refrigerant and purged with dry nitrogen is recommended for a long time storage.

Liquid Push/Pull Method

1. When the amount of liquid refrigerant recovery is more than 10kgs, push/pull method is recommended for faster process. Please operate according to the detailed instruction.
2. Use the conventional recovery method for vapor refrigerant when liquid recovery is finished.
3. Purge is also needed.

Something you need but not included:

1. Refrigerant recovery tank: Use only authorized refillable refrigerant tanks, with a minimum working pressure of 40bar/580psi. Do not overfill the recovery tank, it is full at 80% capacity
2. Electric scale: Need to prevent overfilling
3. AC manifold gauge
4. 4 hoses: The hoses with check valve, inner diameter bigger than 4mm and length shorter than 1.5M are recommended.
5. Filter driers: There is only one filter drier in the package for one kind of refrigerant, and it should be replaced frequently. Each type of refrigerant must have its own filter drier.

6.This equipment should be used in locations with mechanical ventilation or the equipment should be located at least 50cm above the floor

7.Do not use this equipment in the vicinity of spilled or open containers of gasoline
