2. If the magnetic force is still weak with the wallet directly attached to your phone, then we are terribly sorry to tell you maybe the product has been damaged during transportation or anything like that, please feel free to let us know to solve your problem within the same day.

3. Please be kindly noted that there are still some risks of falling off since it’s attached by magnetic force not a rigid connection even this wallet has been tested to be much better than some other brands.
