●Strategically Angled: The angled underside of the four pre-bent polished axles in this set reduces friction further where the axle makes contact with the wheel for another speed improvement.
●Expertly Polished: The angled shafts of these pinewood derby axles have also been polished to further minimize friction, thus increasing your car’s speed down the derby track.

Pinewood Pro’s polished and angled derby axles start with the official derby axles from the BSA Official derby car kit. From there, each axle is lathed and polished to remove all imperfections by Pinewood Pro’s very own experts. Those processes would take a few hours with the proper tools. We did all the hard parts for you! Track tested, racer approved.

These axles are legal in all races—just be sure to review your specific rules before race day!
The axle shaft is precision lathed to remove burrs and crimp marks from manufacturing to significantly improve your derby car’s speed.
The underside of each axle head is cut back to reduce friction further where the wheel makes contact with the head.
If you’d like additional polishing, we recommend polishing with a metal polish or pumice.
