Below are some issues(which not caused by product quality) you may get in daily use. For the other questions, pls feel free to get in tauch with our support team.

Troubleshooting :

• Get some false alarm

1) The sensitivity may be too high, the leaves , flies or other small things triggered by sensor --Please try to set your sensor above the ground around 4.5-6feet high and within 30 feet from your driveway,and try to set your sensor in low sensitivity.

2.) The sensor eye directly face to the Sunshine may get the false alarm. Pls adjust the angle of the sensor downward(rather than horizontal angle) to the driveway or set the sensor to another place to avoid might get the false alarm caused by the PIR sensor eye increase the temperature .

• Sensor going off

Please try to set your sensor above the ground around 4.5-6ft high and try to change the sensitivity, make sure there are no trees and moving branches in front of your sensor, please do not let your sensors eye face to the sunlight directly. and one more important thing is that do not drop down your sensor on the ground.

• Sometimes need alarm sound,but sometimes not( Maybe you just need the Mute alarm)

Normally the receiver will play the melody(Ringtone) and flash the Indicator light after the sensor is been triggered . But sometimes you do not need ringtone, just need flash Indicator light only ,then you can switchover it to the Mute Alarm[ Only Indicator light flashes,without any sound ] . Between Ringtone and Mute switchover just by short press the "POWER" button of receiver. Now it will be right for you .
