What will display when connect 2 IOS device ?

Connect 2 IOS devices : it supports Mirror mode (A-A+A} and Extends mode (A-B+B).
A-A+A: means the host computer and 2 connected Mac will display the same
A-B+B: means the host computer and 2 connected mac display different, but 2 connected mac display the same

What will display when connect 1 IOS device ?

Connect 1 IOS devices: it supports Mirror mode (A-A} and Extends mode (A-B).
A-A: means the host computer and 1 connected Mac will display the same, so as (A-A}
Extends mode (A-B), host computer display is different with the 1 connected IOS device

What will display when connect 2 Windows device ?

Connect 2 Windows devices : it supports Mirror mode (A-A+A} and Extends mode (A-B+B) and Extends mode (A-B+C).
A-A+A: means the host computer and 2 connected Mac will display the same
A-B+B: means the host computer and 2 connected mac display different, but 2 connected mac display the same screen
A-B+C: means the host computer and 2 connected mac display three different screen

What will display when connect 1 Windows device ?

Connect 1 Windows devices: it supports Mirror mode (A-A} and Extends mode (A-B).
A-A: means the host computer and 1 connected Windows device will display the same
Extends mode (A-B), host computer display is different with the 1 connected Windows device

Dual 4K@30HZ Resolution is capable when your device is IOS system

The output resolution is determined by the monitorand host resolutions. to reach 4K, your monitorand host need to able to reach 4k
For MacOs systems, dual connected device able to achieve 3840*2160@30H2 for display ( when the monitorand host resolutions able to reach 4K@30HZ Resolution ), and it supports Mirror made(A-A+A} and Extends mode (A-B+B).
Dual 4K@30HZ Resolution CANNOT achieve when your device is Windows system, only achieve connect one device to 4k@30HZ Resolution
For Windows systems, it only supports a single HDMl display up to 3840*2160@30HZ and dual HDMl displayup to 1920*1080/60HZ.4. Please try updating the graphics card driver to achievea 4K resolution if DP1.4 is still unable to reach it.

The power cord in the package cannot work with surface, if your device is surface you need to use your own one.

Troubleshooting Steps below:

This usb c hub only works with Windows systems computers in extended mode when connect with 2 monitors
For Apple OS system, it only allow display same mages on 2 HDMI display screens. and extend one A B B
The usb port only Supports charging cannot support transferring data
lt supports 4K. only when the laptop’s port reach all this condition :Display Port Alternate Mode, USB 3.1 GEN2 or Thunderbolt 3 or above, PD charging, when display onto TV it may happens that some TVS only displays 1920x1080 / 60HZ and it’s normal.
There are only 1* usb c hub and 1* manual book and a troubleshooting steps in package. All the devices showing in the pictures just for reference.
Work with surface and Lenovo，Samsung, but these modes are not included
Please charge the hub when Screen is flickering for 2nd Monitor, hub need to powered ensure screen function
