Description

The Vestil MFM-1300 mechanical furniture and crate mover is a pair of dollies that each have a turn handle and a lift plate and that can be strapped together and used to lift and move furniture, crates, machinery, or other large or bulky objects. The dollies are made of steel, which is stronger than aluminum and more resistant to fractures than cast iron. The turn handles lift the load for moving. Each dolly has two caster wheels that swivel for maneuverability, measure 2 inches wide and 6 inches in diameter, and are made of polypropylene, which is resistant to water, impacts, and abrasions and wont mark floors. Each dolly is fitted with a 190-inch strap to help secure the load. A rubber pad on each lift plate helps protect the load from scratches. Each dolly measures 31-1/8 x 29-1/4 x 15-1/2 inches (H x W x D). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.) Together, the dollies have a load capacity of 1,300 lb. and weigh 60 lb. The lift plates measure 8-3/4 x 4-3/4 inches (W x D). The maximum lift height is 15 inches. This product is intended for use in professional and industrial environments.

Dollies are used to transport any of a variety of large, heavy objects, such as cabinets, crates, drum containers, furniture, heavy machinery, large appliances, rolls of carpet, or totes. Dollies are typically comprised of a low platform or deck mounted to caster wheels that may swivel for maneuverability and may include brakes to keep the dolly from rolling. Some dollies have adjustable frames to transport loads of different sizes. Others come with a pull handle to help the user move the dolly. Dollies can be used by professional movers or in warehouses or other industrial environments.
