1. Wi-Fi Connection Steps
- STEP1: Download and open the JarvisCam app and turn on the dash cam.
- STEP2: Connect to the devices WiFi (GKU_D600_XXXXX) via your phones WiFi settings and enter the password 12345678 (turn off VPN, Bluetooth and cellular data if necessary).
- STEP3: Configure the camera and app settings once the connection is stable.
2. About the WiFi of the dashcam, we hope the following information can assist you in learning more about it:
- The use of the "JarvisCam" app needs to be connected to the dash cam wifi when the dash cam is turned on. When the dash cam keeps powering on, even if the WiFi connection of the dash cam is disconnected from your phone, the dash cam still keeps recording. in normal use, you do not need to keep the dashcam WiFi connected to your phone and keep it to work.
- About the problem that the phone cannot access the network when connecting the dash cam.The dashcam WiFi is a hub-type WiFi, which can only be used to transmit data, but has no Internet access function. So after you access the Wi-Fi dash cam, it will not access the phone network temporally. This is normal. If you need to use your phones cellular data, we suggest you disconnect the dashcam wifi with your phone, it will not influence your dashcams normal record as long as your dashcam is plugged into power.
- If you would like to share the video, we suggest that you could download it on your phone, and then share it with others. When in the app, you can check the video and download the recorded video under the Dashcam WiFi.

Q1: How to enable dashcam 24-hour parking monitor function?
A1: The parking monitoring function needs to be connected with a wired kit (not included). This is what we offer in view of customer needs, if you want to implement this feature, just provide the order number to the accessories department.
Q2: Dashcam APP (JarvisCam APP) cant connect to WiFi? Why cant I watch the live video on the APP?
A2: If you cant connect to the dash cams WiFi or watch the live broadcast, please disable VPN, Bluetooth, cellular data, security software and anti-virus APP on your cellphone. And authorize photo album app, location, wifi and cellular data.
Q3: Does the car battery run out if the dashcam light stays on after parking?
A3: The reason could be that the dashcam still needs to reserve a small amount of power to save the last file before shutting down, it could also be the vehicles power system. Please monitor the car battery charge level within 12 hours after turning off the vehicle to prevent the car battery from being drained. We can offer you a related wired kit to avoid the risk of draining the car battery.
Q4: How to format the SD card?
You can connect to the APP via WiFi, enter the APP and select camera settings, then click format. Or format the memory card on your computer.
