Description

Redefining "Compact" and "Affordable" for Center-Channel Loudspeakers: Andrew Jones-Designed ELAC Uni-Fi 2.0 UC52 Plays with Remarkable Clarity, Coherency, and Dynamics Thanks to the ELAC Uni-Fi 2.0 UC52 , "compact" and "affordable" have new meanings when it comes to the performance of a center-channel loudspeaker . Designed by Andrew Jones and tailored to seamlessly pair with the Uni-Fi 2.0 UF52 tower and Uni-Fi 2.0 UB52 bookshelf speakers in a surround system, Uni-Fi 2.0 UC52 features the same advanced driver and crossover components as its bigger siblings. Simple translation: Re-engineered and revised everything , down to the CARB2-rated MDF braced cabinet, for home-theater excellence punctuated by attention-getting clarity, coherency, and dynamics . Equipped with a revised wide-surround tweeter that delivers stellar low- and high-frequency extension – as well as a new four-inch midrange complete with a large-diameter voice coil, aluminum cone profile, innovative neodymium magnet assembly, and low-profile surround for reduced diffraction – the four-inch concentric driver works in conjunction with two 5.25-inch woofers touting single-piece dished aluminum cones for smooth response and excellent transparency. Jones and company even developed a three-way crossover that provides exceptional linearity and a true six-ohm nominal impedance for interfacing with practically any AV receiver. Weighing in at 25.74 pounds, the three-way 7.28 x 24.42 x 10.83-inch (HWD) Uni-Fi 2.0 UC52 also sports front-firing ports , meaning it can be placed close to a wall and/or fit in smaller racks. Our 100% Music Direct Guarantee invites you to audition it in your own home risk-free. Brand New Custom-Designed Concentric Driver A new wide-surround tweeter enhances low- and high-frequency extension, allowing for improved blending with the midrange driver. An
