●Silicone Heater Pad: The 55 gallon Barrel is heated by the heating pad. The thermostat controls the temperature of the barrel. The materials in the expensive barrels can be stored at the optimal temperature for a long time and wait for use.
●The thermostat controls the temperature of the silicone heater from 0 to 150°C (32°F to 302°F). When the heater reaches the desired temperature, the consumption decreases so that the temperature remains controlled at the desired temperature (±10°F / 5°C). Note that the heater temperature shouldnt be above 130°C for long periods of time.
●5 inch wide x 70 inch long flexible heating pad can be used on 55 gallon drums. Increase the liquid temperature and increase the liquid flow rate. Suitable for heating of industrial propane tanks, pipes, valves, instruments, tanks and barrels
●It can work with high intensity, and it is fire-resistant, oil-resistant and acid-resistant. Because the outer layer is made of high-temperature resistant silicone rubber and flame-retardant, alkali-free glass fiber cloth through a special process compounded to form an insulating layer.
