This car backup camera with 3 useful wire loops:

*To use as a Forward Camera, please cut the WHITE wire loop;

*Cut the GREEN wire loop to remove the distance guidelines;

*Cut the PURPLE wire loop to choose AHD (720P, 30fps) signal output.

**Please power on again after you cut any color wire loops, then the image should be correct.

**Note: this camera is a rear view camera with the guidelines and CVBS video signal output as DEFAULT.

**The distance guidelines will disappear after you cut the purple wire loop,regardless of whether you cut the green wire loop,then you can use the head units self-existent distance guidelines.

Notes:

*Before you cut this vehicle backup camera’s purple wire loop to choose AHD 720P 30fps video signal output, please make sure your Android stereo support AHD video signal input first(most of old Android stereos do not support it,and it works well on selected ATOTO car stereos (F7 Series, S8 series and A6 KarLink version,can not work on ATOTO A6Y Series Android stereo or SA102 Starter).

*If connect this car rear view camera to a FACTORY RADIO, please separately order a suited harness to complete installation, because different RADIO need different harness to work together.

*keep this car backup/front view camera’s short camera wire and 26ft extension wire away from high temperature area, such as engine or exhaust. Also please clean this backup car camera’s lens regularly to free it from dirt, water drops, snow drops and etc.

*This backup car camera doesn’t fit sucked type dash cam and mirror dash cam, because these dash cam have different connectors and PIN definition, even some of them with same 4 PIN connector.

*If connect this hitch licence plate backup camera to a GPS navigator, such as Garmin or TomTom, please separately order one more adapter which with a RCA to 2.5mm connector to complete installation.

*After install this AHD rear view camera, if the image on the screen is blurry, flickering/flash,black ,black-and white, has horizontal or vertical strip, please check all your power and video connections to make sure all of them are solid. Possibly use a different ground point(iron/metal part) and wrap power and video plugs with electrical tape to insulate from interference. If it still can’t be solved, please order a 12V DC power adapter filter rectifier or relay to solve it, especially need for Dodge, VW, AUDI ,BMW ,Mercedes Benz,Porsche,Mini and Skoda brands vehicle.

* If you use T-taps for connection of this vehicle backup camera license plate and power source (reversing light), please kindly check and see if it works(connection is solid or not).

*Before you routing the 26ft extension wire inside of vehicle body, if there is no image on the screen, other than check the backup car camera, please check the video input setup,find the button “R-CAM Interrupt”and choose “ON",then start to test backup camera.You can use other device with RCA connector, such as TV or a small 4.3”/5” /7” monitor to check if the camera works.

*If you want to adjust this HD reverse cameras view angle,just use your hand to move up or down the camera body.

*If this hitch universal backup camera is mounted offset, the guidelines on image will be offset.

*Ideally to mount this HD backup car camera at the middle of the trim. If mount this reverse camera at side, it still works, but with guide line offset.

*This AHD reverse camera’s output video signal system is NTSC, so your head units or control boxes’ signal input have to be setting up to be NTSC, NOT PAL.
