After the beginning of the worldwide zombie apocalypse, the number of living dead in the USA is increasing. The pilot Steven, his girlfriend Francine, an employee of the television studio, and two special forces fighters Peter and Roger escape from the city by helicopter. They sit on the roof of a large supermarket. They manage to free the premises from the crowd of the dead and begin to live a more or less peaceful life. But in addition to the living dead, there are also gangs of marauders who do not distinguish between the living and the dead, whose only desire is the thirst for profit and violence.
