If Bluetooth connection fails, what should I do?

- Please make sure you have selected Bluetooth instead of Wi-fi within the APP;

- You can try restarting the APP and turning off/on your phones Bluetooth, then re-pair the devices.

What is the difference between the 4B-2054N version label printer & ZPL-2054N version label printer?

The 4B-2054N version only supports USB connection which is compatible with Win, Mac, Chromebook and Linux, while the ZPL-2054N version has been upgraded to be compatible with smartphones & tablets. Both versions can use the same driver.

Why my labels are printing sideways?

It may be the inconsistency between the size settings in your printing preferences, the size of the label document, and the actual size of the thermal label paper. We recommend checking if the sizes match in these three places.
