Recording is unsuccessful/Recorded file cannot be played/Only would record serval songs and cant seapert them.

We recommend that you use an empty USB flash disk to record, and format the USB Flash Drive to FAT32 on the computer before recording. Only the FAT32 format is supported. We recommend you to use our USB Flash Drive.Just search ASIN:B08DLJWDRK.

Only can heard the voice of machine, but the tape cannot move.

Please open the back panel of the machine and check whether the belt is loose. Please do that with the guiding steps.

Have horrible noise in recording replay/Recording could hear crackle and pop sounds/Rapid clicking sound recording.

The quality of sound produced by the product is deeply related to the surrounding environment when recording, most important issue is Electromagnetic interference and tapes use time. When recording, keep a certain distance from electronic equipment.

Converted files are skipping,cant record or few songs/USB no light on and records nothing/USB cant play all recording.

Please format the usb to FAT32,the speed is for 40-60M/S. If cant, please change to another with a different brand, we recommend you choose our USB drive with the best effect:B08DLJWDRK,just search it.

Record too fast or slow,not sound like original music/Insert the USB thumb drive and record,tape not turn and not record

Check the power supply.change to Battries or with DC, give it more power.
