OBDMONSTER Inductive Timing Light is designed for standard base timing with on/off touch control, working with most ignition systems (DIS, conventional, electronic and computer-controlled systems—domestic and import), providing a simple and efficient means to check timing, diagnose a no-spark condition and more.

Will Work on Diesel Engines？

No! Diesel vehicles do not have spark plugs or distributor, so this timing lights will not work on diesel engines.

Will Work on 6-Volt System？

Yes! On 6-volt electrical systems, use an auxiliary 12-volt battery to power timing light. Connect BLACK clip to negative (-) post and RED clip to positive (+) post on auxiliary 12- volt battery.
