Installing Hinge to Door

  • Drill hole of 1/2"(12.7mm) deep for hinge cup pertemplate using 1-2/5"(35mm) boring bit. Note: Do not drill through the door.
  • Drill 1/16(1.5mm) pilot holes for the hinge.
  • Insert the hinge into the door and fasten it with flat head wood screws.

Installing Door to Cabinet

  • Open hinge to full extension.
  • Connect door to side panel as shown by fasting the screws.

4D Adjustment Structure

  • Adjust Up and Down by screw A(+/- 2mm)
  • Adjust Left and Right by screw B(+/- 2mm)
  • Adjust Front and Back by screw C(+/- 3mm)
  • Of course, you can also adjust the closing speed of the door according to your needs, and it will take effect after closing the door once when speeding up.
