Step 1: Clean the tailpipe surface. - Clean off dirt and sand on your tailpipe using penetrating oil and a shop rag. (Make sure your tailpipe is room temperature. Do not clean surface immediately after the car stalls).

Step 2: Slide the exhaust tip into your tailpipe. - Try to slide the exhaust tip into the tailpipe. When sliding, you may encounter some resistance. If necessary, use automotive grease to lubricate the pieces.

Step 3: Fasten/weld the exhaust tip. - Secure the exhaust tip by tightening screws and clamps. To make even tighter, weld a joint between the edges of the tailpipe and exhaust tip.
- Installation is complete.
