How to Use This Meat Injector?

1 - Unscrew the pluger from the injector barrel

2- Apply a thin film of oil at the end of the pluger around the O-rings

3- Choose and attache the correct needle based on the type of marinade. Use the open-ended needle for pureed marinades into large meat or chicken. Use the small steak needle for pure liquids into steaks and kebabs

4- Draw the marinade into the injector by dipping needle into marinade bowl and drawing the plunger outwards

5- Inject the marinade into the meat at few evenly spaced points until the meat is properly marinaded.
