Use any tote or box to create your hood

Choose a plastic storage tote to be used as a hood. I recommend using as small a

box as possible which will make it much easier to keep a truly sterile environment.

Typically, a 20-liter tote will work just fine depending on your needs.

Use the provided template

Using the given template, place it on the top of your tote and trace the inside of the

template using a permanent marker. Using a razor knife or hot knife, cut out the hole.

Optional, if you glue the template to the underside when the housing is inserted you will

have a much cleaner fit.

Cut a hole and place the unit

Place the fan/filter housing into the hole. You can glue it on at this point or simply

leave it as is. Airflow will be moving away from the opening and therefore contamination is

not an issue.
