INSTRUCTION
- Before using please put the tension meter on the glass and turn round the dial to make the pointer return to zero.
- Flick the silk screen during measuring, the indication when the pointer stopped is the tension of the silk screen.
- Tension meter is precision meter, fall and touch is forbidden, be careful during using.
- Tension meter has been tested precisely when leave the factory, dismounting alone is not allowed.
- Can’t touch the bottom side contactor by hand, put the machine vertically without using.
- The Newton indication is the indication of the tension’s contactor, the error is +0.5N.
- The indication of the second circle is the measured value during measuring.
NOTE
- 1. The tonometer has been calibrated to zero before delivery.and the user shall not adjust it by himself
- 2. Reading showed method, the beginning of the tension meterreading pointer rotation the reading of the first lap wasinaccurate, pointer rotation start reading is correct, the secondlap(and white gauze to light by the spring tension meter)of theSeine Zhang Liyong other N/cm, director, it indicates that the netyarn in cm width how much tension, (usually with N- Newton orKG-KG said, 1 KG= 9.8 Newton)so Newton showed that thetension meter is solid
